The EVALADD cohort
Objectives
The principal is to determine the determinants of the addictions and consequently to improve the therapies and preventive strategies. More precisely, the investigators aim to:
-
Define the different patients' trajectories by considering the baseline characteristics, the treatments, and the outcomes.
-
To propose an adaptation of the therapies according to these profiles and to avoid discontinuity in the care.

Studied population
The patients treated in the Nantes University Hospital (department of addictive disorders). Patients with high-level disorders or difficulties in reading or writing the French language, as well as patients under guardianship, are not included in the study.
Collected data
A multi-axial clinical systematic evaluation was standardized and performed at the begining of the care, at 6-month, at 1-year, and every year afterwards. The evaluation was composed by a questionnaire which was the basis for a semi-structured interview and an auto-questionnaire.
